Marcy W. Sasso, CASC; of Sasso Consulting, LLC, has more than 28 years of administrative, management and consulting experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience encompasses a variety of leadership positions including Operations, Compliance, and Accreditation for multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and Hospitals. Sasso Consulting is a full-service Regulatory Compliance Resource, for Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
She has extensive experience in the areas of Policies and Procedures, Benchmarking, QA, Education and Mock surveys. During her career, she has participated in more than 77 CMS, State and Accrediting Organization surveys, from survey prep through Plan of Correction.
Marcy is a Co-founder of the Surgery Center Coalition (SCC), a non-profit, educational resource group with over 1500 members that provides ongoing education and support to Administrators, Nurse Managers, Physicians, Accountants and ASC Personnel. SurgeryCenterCoalition.org
Marcy has been a presenter for the National Ambulatory Association at several national conferences and has written articles for several ASC publications. She has a passion for keeping surgery Centers compliant and has written a COVID-19 Handbook for Surgery Centers to guide Centers with re-opening and remaining open, with safety as the top priority.
Delores Boyle Alvarez, RN, BSN, CAIP
Delores is a seasoned Nursing professional with extensive skills and knowledge in both the clinical and administrative aspects of Ambulatory Surgery Centers and patient care. Delores is currently the Administrator for Altair Health located in Florham Park. She has over 30 years of experience in the perioperative field with a passion for infection prevention & sterilization, education, and training new clinical leaders. Performs mock surveys within all clinical areas in preparation for State, CMS, or Accreditation surveys with Sasso Consulting. She presented “ Day in the Life of a Clinical Leader”, NJ Boot Camp 2/27/20.

Dr. Gupta has been a Consultant Pharmacist for the past 18 years in Skilled Nursing, ambulatory Surgery Centers, and Dialysis Facilities serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His focus is on providing hands-on audits, customer service and exceptional education to your staff. During his visits, he reviews Controlled Substances documentation, Medications, and does Chart Audits.

Khaled John Klele
Khaled John Klele is a partner at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, a Morristown, New Jersey based law firm, with additional offices in Trenton, midtown Manhattan, White Plains and Stamford.
Mr. Klele practices in the Firm’s Health Care and Commercial Litigation Groups, focusing his practice on health care regulatory, transactional and litigation work. He provides counsel to a variety of providers, including ambulatory surgery centers, laboratories, imaging centers, addiction centers, skilled nursing facilities, urgent care centers, pharmacies, group practices and solo practitioners. He regularly assists his health care provider and pharmacy clients in a variety of areas, including the negotiation of provider agreements with payors, state and federal regulatory compliance issues, telehealth, medical billing audits and litigation, Medicare and/or Medicaid audits and other health care reimbursement issues, such as ERISA, medical board investigations and fair hearings, fraud and abuse litigation, self-referral and anti-kickback laws, insurance fraud litigation, pharmacy audits and coupon/copayment assistance programs, pharmaceutical compliance issues, and other health care compliance and audit issues and litigation.
He created and is a frequent contributor to Riker Danzig’s Health Care Law blog, “The Juris Doctor Report,” and is a frequent speaker on health care topics. He also co-authored an article for the American Bar Association’s Health Lawyer on “The Path to Successful Utilization of Alternative Payment Models,” which was the feature article in the ABA’s Health Lawyer’s June 2020 edition.

Dawn Meglino is the Privacy & Security Compliance Officer at StratX IT Solutions. Security and compliance are first and foremost in StratX IT Solutions’ management of its clients’ systems. Dawn is responsible for overseeing and conducting on-site and remote security risk analyses for small to large organizations, surgery centers and hospitals; she identifies vulnerabilities and offers the best solutions for client-specific needs.
As part of her continual training and educating herself on all things HIPAA, Dawn attends the annual national HIPAA Summit, as well as the annual OCR/NIST Conference. Dawn also sends out the StratX weekly “HIPAA Tip Tuesday” with HIPAA updates, best practices and security measures to follow. She presented at the Surgery Center Coalition Annual ASC Conference, and at Bootcamp for ASC Leadership.
